Our most economical option, the classic laminated card, includes double-sided printing and a personalized QR code with your patient number.

Requirements:

First Requirement: Please READ the following:

• Be an active patient in the Puerto Rico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program. The license is printed directly from the Health portal, validating your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. If you do not wish to provide this information, we understand, but we will not be able to provide the service without it.
• All of our communication is in writing (WhatsApp or email) — we do not take voice calls. This allows us to keep a clear record of every order and respond with the correct information.
• Important: Only the patient themselves, whose name is on the document, may place the order.
• Make the corresponding payment for the type of card you desire.
• You will receive your card by mail in approximately 3-5 business days.
