Your Voucher on a Laminated Card (Both Sides)

One (1) laminated ID-size card printed with your cannabis voucher. This option includes a custom barcode with your patient number printed on the back of the card.

IMPORTANT:

We do NOT sell certifications or renewals. You must be a current patient in the Puerto Rico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program to order this product.

Be sure to include your full name to locate your license. If your license cannot be located using only your name, you will be asked for additional information (date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security number).

Only the person whose name is on the document can place the order. Cards will NOT be sent to anyone else.

You will receive your card via USPS mail in approximately 3-5 business days.

We are not associated with or affiliated with any dispensary or cannabis business. We are an independent printing service business.

The acceptance of your card and the use of the barcode depend on the policies, rules, and availability of the dispensary you visit.
